At CCA, safety isn’t just a policy. It’s a daily commitment to our students, staff, and visitors. We continuously invest in proactive measures, modern systems, and dedicated leadership to ensure our campus remains a secure place to learn and grow.
As part of our commitment to safety excellence, we are proud to introduce Nick Tart as our Director of Security. Bringing extensive experience in threat management and security strategy, Nick is leading the next chapter of CCA’s campus safety protocols.
ACTIVE CAMPUS SAFEGUARDS
While we continually evolve, our core foundation of security is active 24/7. Here are the key measures currently protecting our community:
Dedicated On-Site Security Personnel
Our trained, full-time security team maintains a active presence on campus throughout the day, providing rapid response capability and regular patrols.
Controlled Campus Access
All building access points are strictly monitored and secured. Visitors must enter through a single designated checkpoint, present valid identification, and receive approval before entry.
Surveillance & Emergency Preparedness
Campus perimeter and common areas are monitored by integrated surveillance technology, paired with clear emergency communication and lockdown protocols.
Staff & Community Training
Our faculty and operational staff undergo regular security training and routine safety drills to ensure swift, coordinated action in any situation.

How do visitors gain access to the CCA campus?
All visitors, parents, and contractors must enter through our designated main entrance checkpoint, present a valid photo ID, and sign in with security personnel to receive a temporary visitor badge before entering campus grounds
How are parents notified in the event of an emergency or unexpected closure?
CCA utilizes an automated emergency notification system that immediately sends real-time text, email, and phone updates directly to parents and guardians using the contact information on file.
