Who We Are

At the heart of Kingdom Education is the desire to see lives transformed as minds are renewed by the power and Word of God. The 'why' is that Christ would reign and be glorified in every area of our lives.

OUR MISSON & VISION
EQUIPPING THE NEXT GENERATION

As a ministry of Central Church in Wendell, NC, we walk alongside families to provide a Christ-centered environment where students don’t just learn, but thrive in their understanding of God's truth and purpose.
Our Vision Statement

Our Mission Statement

SHAPING A BIBLICAL WORLDVIEW
WHY CHRISTIAN EDUCATION?
The worldview your child develops during their school years defines how they will navigate the rest of their life, interpret truth, and form moral boundaries. Deciding to enroll your child in Christian Education is a huge decision that could impact your child and family for life. Rich Suttie addresses four key areas to consider in the difference between Secular and Christian Education:
SECULAR EDUCATION
Often adopts a relativistic approach, teaching that truth varies based on context and perspective, rejecting absolute truth.
Often adopts a materialistic approach, focusing primarily on the physical and observable aspects of the world.
Focuses primarily on human reason and achievements as ends in themselves.
CHRISTIAN EDUCATION
Faith Integration
Invites God and a Biblical worldview into all aspects of the educational experience.
Absolute Truth
Asserts the existence of absolute truth, particularly in moral and ethical matters, as revealed in Scripture.
Emphasis on Spiritual Dimensions
Provides the truth about the world and God’s creation, recognizing both material and spiritual realities.
Biblical Worldview
Places human experiences and abilities within the context of a biblical worldview.

OUR CORE VALUES
Our daily environment, academic curriculum, and community interactions are intentionally guided by six structural pillars:

LEGACY & EXPANSION
OUR LEGACY
Over 100 Years of Community Impact
Our roots began in 1915 when a small, dedicated group of believers gathered at the local Marshburn Hill School to study God’s Word and worship. By 1925, the growing congregation formally organized as Central Baptist Church and purchased the school property. The founders intentionally chose the name "Central" because of its accessible, core location within our eastern Wake County community.
In 1968, the church acquired our current expansive campus, allowing the ministry to scale alongside the growing town of Wendell. Recognizing a critical modern need for top-tier, Gospel-centered education, Central Christian Academy was formally established in 2023 as a direct extension of this historic, century-long mission.
FUTURE EXPANSION
Building for the Generations
Today, CCA is rapidly scaling to meet the critical needs of growing families in eastern Wake County. Driven by our strategic "Building for the Generations" master site plan, we are entering an exciting phase of physical and academic expansion.
Phase 1 centers on a bold transformation of our physical campus footprint: demolishing the current Building C to construct a state-of-the-art, two-story educational and ministry facility.
- The First Floor: Will feature dedicated, modern, and highly secure Kindergarten and First Grade classrooms designed specifically to enhance the learning experience for our youngest academy students.
- The Second Floor: Will house centralized Central Church staff offices, optimizing administrative functionality and collaboration among ministry leaders.
- Campus Connection: The design structurally connects Buildings C and D, seamlessly unifying the campus layout to maximize overall safety, flow, and accessibility.
This monumental step lays the groundwork for the future, expanding our capacity to welcome up to 120 more students as we systematically introduce middle and high school tracks for continuous, lifelong Kingdom education.
