PHASE 1 EXPANSION

Central Christian Academy is breaking ground on Phase 1 of our long-term campus expansion plan in Wendell, NC. The goal of this plan is to provide the vital space and opportunity for continued growth in ministry, discipleship, and Christ-centered education for the years ahead. As Phase 1 moves forward, we are actively preparing our campus to serve more families across Wendell, Zebulon, Clayton, Knightdale, and Raleigh for generations to come.

  • Where is your campus located and what areas do you serve?

    Central Christian Academy is located on the campus of Central  Church at 11109 Poole Road, Wendell, NC 27591.


    Our campus features dedicated spaces  for each of our programs:


    • Preschool: Located in Building A (the main worship building).
    • K-6 Academy: Currently located in Building D. To support our growing student body, we are in the exciting process of constructing a brand-new, additional building that will work alongside Building D to house our expanding K-6 academy!

    While our campus is in Wendell, we proudly serve and welcome families from many surrounding communities, including Zebulon, Knightdale, Clayton, Archers Lodge, and Raleigh.

  • What programs do you currently offer at Central Christian Academy?

    We offer a continuous, unified Christian education pathway designed to nurture children from early childhood through elementary school. This includes our safe, play-based Preschool program (focused on early childhood development and biblical foundations) and our K-6 Christian Academy, which prioritizes academic excellence, spiritual formation, and a comprehensive biblical worldview.

  • What are the school's current campus expansion and Phase 1 plans?

    Growth is actively underway! We have officially launched the Phase 1 Campus Expansion, which includes the construction of a brand new campus building. This new facility will house dedicated classrooms for our first and second-grade students, alongside modern offices for our faculty and staff. This phase lays the foundation for our growing student body while preserving our small, intentional class sizes.

  • Does Central Christian Academy offer student athletics?

    Physical development, teamwork, and honoring God through movement are core parts of life at Central Christian Academy. While we do not currently field competitive sports teams, we are actively laying the groundwork for our future CCA Bucks Athletics program. Right now, our focus is on robust physical education (PE) programs, active playground recess, and foundational skill-building that promotes fitness, teamwork, and Christian sportsmanship, preparing our students for competitive play as our campus expands.

  • What is the long-term plan for a Christian High School track?

    While our long-term expansion plan includes building a comprehensive, full-scale campus facility to house all grade levels through high school, we provide a premium secondary solution right now. Central Christian Academy has established an exclusive strategic partnership with a top-tier local Christian school. This collaboration ensures our 6th-grade graduates transition seamlessly into an excellent, Christ-centered high school education that perfectly matches the spiritual and academic values they received at CCA.

  • How do we get started with the admissions process at CCA?

    To protect our intentional classroom sizes and ensure alignment with our families, we follow a structured, linear enrollment process. Prospective families begin by submittng an initial interest form. Once processed, families are invited to visit vampus for a personalized tour and assessment. Upon completion of the tour and administrative approval, families are provided access to our formal application portal.
